Thunder

I think that maybe God likes rain. I think maybe God likes it when it thunders. Sometimes people are afraid of storms. Is it because the power of the storm (only a fraction of Gods insurmountable might) reminds people of how weak they are? Does a uncontrollable force scare us because it proves our own weakness and inability to control? Imagine a tree in the midst of a storm. It bends and bows to the will of his maker. It might bend low to the ground, and it might be pushed to it's breaking point but since it is allowing it's creator to do as he wills, the tree will not break. Only when one tried to stand on it's own and withstand the force of the storm is the tree in danger of breaking. The master is in control. If the master creator of the world brought a storm on the little tree, you better believe that the master creator protector will provide the strength to survive.

Excuse my rain induced contemplations and my poor semtance structure. I am typing from a kindle. :)
